Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every booking and service you arrange with Sheikh Travels & Tours ("we", "us") through our offices, phone, WhatsApp or this website. By confirming a booking with us you accept these terms.

1. Our role

We act as a travel agent. Airlines, hotels, transport companies and other suppliers provide the actual services, and their own conditions of carriage, fare rules and policies also apply to your booking. We tell you the main conditions before you book.

2. Quotes and prices

Fares and prices change with availability. A quote is not a booking. The price is fixed only when your ticket is issued or your booking is confirmed in writing and paid as agreed.

3. Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after we issue the e-ticket, hotel voucher or written confirmation. A reservation that is "on hold" may be cancelled by the airline or hotel if it is not paid by the deadline we give you.

4. Your responsibilities

Give names exactly as they appear in the passport. Name corrections after ticketing may cost money or may not be allowed.
Keep your passport valid for the period the destination requires, and carry the visas, permits and health documents you need.
Check in on time and follow airline and immigration rules.
Give true and complete information and documents. We do not prepare or submit false documents.

5. Visas

The embassy or immigration authority makes every visa decision. We help you prepare a complete application, but we cannot guarantee approval or processing time. Fees paid to embassies, visa centres and authorities are set by them and are usually not refundable once the application is submitted.

6. Umrah, Hajj and tour packages

Each package comes with its own inclusions, schedule and payment terms, which we give you in writing. Umrah and Hajj travel also follows the rules of the Saudi authorities and the Government of Bangladesh, which can change.

7. Payment

Pay only through the methods on our website (bKash, Nagad, bank transfer or deposit, or cash at our offices) and only to Sheikh Travels & Tours. Ask for a money receipt for every payment.

8. Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations and refunds follow our Refund Policy and the supplier's rules.

9. Limits of our responsibility

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbooking or service problems caused by airlines, hotels or other suppliers, for decisions of embassies and immigration authorities, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, political unrest or pandemics. We will help you deal with the supplier when these happen.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

শর্তাবলি

শেখ ট্রাভেলস অ্যান্ড ট্যুরসের ("আমরা") অফিস, ফোন, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা এই ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে নেওয়া প্রতিটি বুকিং ও সেবার ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্য। আমাদের সাথে বুকিং নিশ্চিত করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

১. আমাদের ভূমিকা

আমরা ট্রাভেল এজেন্ট হিসেবে কাজ করি। মূল সেবা দেয় এয়ারলাইন, হোটেল, পরিবহন ও অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠান, এবং তাদের নিজস্ব শর্ত, ভাড়ার নিয়ম ও নীতিও আপনার বুকিংয়ে প্রযোজ্য। বুকিংয়ের আগে প্রধান শর্তগুলো আমরা জানিয়ে দিই।

২. কোটেশন ও দাম

আসন খালি থাকার ওপর ভাড়া ও দাম পরিবর্তন হয়। কোটেশন মানে বুকিং নয়। টিকেট ইস্যু হলে বা লিখিতভাবে বুকিং নিশ্চিত হয়ে নির্ধারিত পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হলে তবেই দাম চূড়ান্ত হয়।

৩. বুকিং নিশ্চিতকরণ

ই-টিকেট, হোটেল ভাউচার বা লিখিত কনফার্মেশন ইস্যু হওয়ার পরেই বুকিং নিশ্চিত হয়। "হোল্ড" করা রিজার্ভেশন নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পরিশোধ না হলে এয়ারলাইন বা হোটেল তা বাতিল করতে পারে।

৪. আপনার দায়িত্ব

পাসপোর্টে যেভাবে লেখা আছে, ঠিক সেভাবে নাম দিন। টিকেট ইস্যুর পর নাম সংশোধনে খরচ লাগতে পারে বা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।
গন্তব্য দেশের চাহিদা অনুযায়ী পাসপোর্টের মেয়াদ রাখুন এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ভিসা, অনুমতিপত্র ও স্বাস্থ্য সনদ সাথে রাখুন।
সময়মতো চেক-ইন করুন এবং এয়ারলাইন ও ইমিগ্রেশনের নিয়ম মেনে চলুন।
সত্য ও সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য ও কাগজপত্র দিন। আমরা কোনো ভুয়া কাগজ তৈরি বা জমা দিই না।

৫. ভিসা

প্রতিটি ভিসার সিদ্ধান্ত দূতাবাস বা ইমিগ্রেশন কর্তৃপক্ষ নেয়। আমরা সম্পূর্ণ আবেদন প্রস্তুতে সাহায্য করি, কিন্তু ভিসা অনুমোদন বা প্রসেসিং সময়ের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না। দূতাবাস, ভিসা সেন্টার ও কর্তৃপক্ষের ফি তারাই নির্ধারণ করে এবং আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর সাধারণত ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

৬. উমরাহ, হজ ও ট্যুর প্যাকেজ

প্রতিটি প্যাকেজের অন্তর্ভুক্ত সেবা, সূচি ও পেমেন্টের শর্ত লিখিতভাবে দেওয়া হয়। উমরাহ ও হজ ভ্রমণ সৌদি কর্তৃপক্ষ ও বাংলাদেশ সরকারের নিয়মও মেনে চলে, যা পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

৭. পেমেন্ট

শুধু ওয়েবসাইটে দেওয়া পদ্ধতিতে (বিকাশ, নগদ, ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার বা ডিপোজিট, অথবা অফিসে নগদ) এবং শুধু শেখ ট্রাভেলস অ্যান্ড ট্যুরসকে টাকা দিন। প্রতিটি পেমেন্টের মানি রিসিট নিন।

৮. পরিবর্তন ও বাতিল

পরিবর্তন, বাতিল ও রিফান্ড আমাদের রিফান্ড নীতি এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম অনুযায়ী হবে।

৯. আমাদের দায়ের সীমা

এয়ারলাইন, হোটেল বা অন্য প্রতিষ্ঠানের কারণে দেরি, বাতিল, সূচি পরিবর্তন, ওভারবুকিং বা সেবার সমস্যা; দূতাবাস ও ইমিগ্রেশনের সিদ্ধান্ত; এবং আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা মহামারির মতো আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের ঘটনার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই। এমন হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে যোগাযোগে আমরা আপনাকে সাহায্য করব।

১০. প্রযোজ্য আইন

এই শর্তাবলি বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
